Our Scope: Designing 23 Modular Display Cases for a Dynamic Exhibit

As part of this exciting project, we were tasked with designing and producing 23 modular display cases tailored specifically for the exhibition’s needs. The goal was to create flexible solutions that would protect the artifacts while offering versatility in the exhibit’s layout.

Our modular cases allow for easy reconfiguration, ensuring that the museum can adapt its presentations over time, keeping the exhibit fresh and engaging.

Overcoming Technical Challenges: Lighting Integration and Design Adjustments

During the design phase, we encountered several technical challenges, particularly with the integration of additional lighting components and angled walls in the modular display cases. These required validation before production, as post-production modifications could have been costly, less aesthetic, or even unfeasible. To ensure we delivered a solution that met all requirements, we worked closely with the museum team to clarify these needs in advance, ensuring a flawless design and installation without compromising quality or functionality.

A Partnership Built on Mutual Respect and Shared Vision

Our collaboration with the Huron-Wendat Museum went beyond simply designing display cases. This project represented a meaningful partnership built on trust, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to preserving cultural heritage. We are honored to have played a role in highlighting Wendat history and creating an environment where visitors can explore this important legacy.

Through this exhibit and our contribution, we hope that visitors will gain a deeper appreciation of Wendat culture and the importance of passing down these stories to future generations.
