The Denver Art Museum's Brilliant: Cartier in the 20th Century exhibition featured 250 stunning jewelry, timepieces, and precious objects created between 1900 and 1975, many of which were never-before-seen pieces on loan from the Cartier Collection.

Maison Cartier

The exhibition highlighted Cartier’s rise to preeminence—and the historical events pushing the Maison’s or design house's evolution—as it transformed itself into one of the world’s most prestigious names in jewelry and luxurious accessories.

Organized by the DAM, the exhibition was on view in the Anschutz and Martin and McCormick galleries on level two of the Hamilton Building, in 2014-2015.

Zone Display Cases is proud to have been part of this brilliant project!

Challenge

Being a temporary exhibition, the Denver Art Museum needed extremely economical cases that would reflect elegance and quality.

The security level was critical due to the nature of the collection.

Our Solutions

Zone Display Cases created a custom solution with a variety of temporary recessed wall displays, freestanding units and simple table cases that would meet the design intent and fit within budget.

While some cases were designed for single usage, most could be re-used for other rotating exhibitions.
