We are thrilled to announce our latest achievement: the coveted "Bronze" certification at the Montreal International Design Awards, recognizing our innovative wall table display case. This prestigious honor is a valuable addition to our growing list of accomplishments.

Behind the Scenes: Creating the Wall Table Display Case Masterpiece

The design of a conservation display case serves three main purposes: to present, preserve, and protect invaluable collections. However, the complexity of its design lies in the fact that it must adhere to established conservation standards set by recognized authorities in the field. These rigorous standards ensure that objects are displayed in a safe and stable environment, thereby preserving their long-term integrity.

Our goal with this ‘’table-wall’’ case is to highlight the objects while being discreet and almost invisible. We have adopted a minimalist approach, using high-quality materials to enhance the value of the collections and offer an elegant case design that does not distract from the displayed object.

What sets our display case apart is its innovative interior access. The glass top is used as a structural component, opening like a drawer with slides that have incredibly tight tolerances and clearances, providing exceptional movement precision.

Our display case has been designed with inert materials that do not produce any pollution or toxic emissions that could harm the preservation of the objects. This display case is equipped with extra-clear laminated anti-reflective glass, providing optimal visibility of the displayed objects. Additionally, it offers 98% protection against UV rays that can discolor and damage fragile objects.

Our display case is also supplied with specifically designed seals to limit air exchange to once every three days, which meets industry standards. Moreover, relative humidity is controlled through a silica gel cartridge concealed beneath the display deck.

Ultimately, we created this « table-wall » display case to convey a feeling of weightlessness and levitation, a theme that is reflected across all this museum display cases product line. Our aim is to make visitors forget about the display case to allow them to fully concentrate on the beauty and importance of the exhibited artifacts.
