Our wall display cases fall into two categories, those that are recessed into a wall and those that are surface mounted. Both may come with inner shelving, lighting equipment, various glazing and different access systems, just like the free standing display cases.
The recessed ones also come in 2 types. One type where the cabinets or enclosures are built within the wall and away from the floor. These ones could involve re-enforcement of the supporting walls, or the addition of hidden support legs. The second type would be completely freestanding and set in an open wall niche, with accessory mouldings to complete their front and conceal all fasteners and other hardware.
Sometimes, large recessed wall cases will be fitted with Pull & Slide lateral door opening to minimize cantilever force of hinged glass doors weight when opened, or simply because space is lacking in front. This kind of access is also available for smaller wall cases, although hinged openings are the more usual option.
Surface mounted wall cases are often built in smaller sizes with the same shelving and lighting options, though they will generally have a clear glass top and side panels, making them similar to a wall mounted glass hood or bonnet with no vertical or horizontal mullions.
